The existing building was converted into a research and development centre with office and laboratory space. Due to the growth of the business, a total of 12,000 square metres of space (formerly the production area) was converted.
To improve staff well-being on the newly created premises, the 7400 glass acoustic wall from Strähle was used to create the various zones. This made it possible for the development teams to create acoustically separate areas without the use of doors. The arrangement of the sound absorbers in the wall meant improved room acoustics and reduced reverberation times.
